This is a washed processed coffee. The village of Pha Yar Gyi Kone focuses exclusively on red catuai high-grade specialty coffee. The climate is particularly suited to this process, as it has dry and cool weather during the harvest season. While coffee is not new to this region, in 2018, foreign exports revived the industry. Presently, however, this region is threatened yet again by social unrest. Together with IndoChina Coffee, we are thrilled to bring you this rare, exquisite coffee.
