Espresso Coffees
The coffees in this category are roasted specifically for espresso brewing. They are not a dark roast but instead roasted to a well-developed medium roast. We use a full roasting development to maximise the body and smooth mouth feel. Keeping well away from 2nd crack, sorry for the roasting jargon. We recommend a brewing recipe for a double shot of espresso at the following:
Dry weight - 18.5g to 37-45g wet weight, in 25-27 seconds.

Please note the following important points for coffee wholesale.
- Wholesale orders have a minimum order quantity of 6kg (a section of coffees can make up a total of 6kg, this does not apply to tea)
- 2kg tubs are refillable/reusable if they are returned you will receive a £5 refund on your next order
